Update of November 4, 2026: trial reminder for guests without an account
If you start a free trial without creating an account, we store your anonymous purchase ID (RevenueCat), your subscription status and, if you allow notifications, your device's push address (Apple Push Notification token) on our server. We use them only to remind you once, two days before the trial ends. Messages you send us in the app under Help & Support are stored and forwarded to support@sleeptrace.app. You can turn the reminder off at any time in the app under Profile › Premium; we then delete the push address, as we do when you create an account. Guest data is deleted no later than 90 days after the trial ends. This update supplements the policy below and is also attached to the PDF.
Update of October 24, 2026: ad measurement with AppsFlyer
If you allow tracking in the iOS prompt, we share your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and three in-app events (onboarding completed, free trial started, subscription purchased, including price and currency) with our service provider AppsFlyer. We use this only to measure which advertising campaign led to your download. Your sleep recordings, audio and health data are never used for this. If you do not allow tracking, the advertising identifier is not shared. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. This update amends sections 4 and 12 of the policy below and is also attached to the PDF.
